Alejandro Urrutia Daglio

As a Design leader with over 20 years of experience in UX, Design Systems, Digital Design, and management working across Europe, America, and Asia – I’ve built an empathetic, curious, inclusive, and pragmatic professional persona.

I enjoy building, developing, and leading teams and processes to enable collaboration, customer-centricity, and aligned autonomy between Design and other disciplines to help us achieve business and customer outcomes.

Currently, I work as General Manager of Design at Xero in Australia.
